Table knives - for you and your beloved friends and family. In the Classic Collection, I’ve distilled the process and design down to the essentials. This blade is hand forged from a timeless high carbon steel and polished to an easy-to-maintain satin finish. Inspired by an antique French paring knife, I wanted to create a versatile blade with a small footprint. On my shop note pad I wrote “Knife Of The Year” because every kitchen needs at least one of these. This makes a great steak/table knife. The full tang gives this knife a stout, reliable presence.
